  26. Springboard Publisher II is a second try at a low-end 
  27. template-based DTP package. It‚Äôs unfortunately no better 
  28. than the original program. The interface is poorly designed. Editing works only in the Actual Size view, which makes large changes awkward and difficult to preview. The text editor is far too slow, even on fast Macs. There are better tools for low-end DTP.
